1. Triangulation: they play off other people against you. This could be in a work setting, a romantic context, with your children etc. It may be covert or overt. It may destabilise others’ relationships with you, or have you feel unsafe or unconfident. It may only be subtle but pay attention if you see it. 2. Disinterest in your inner world: they are not keen to gain a deep understanding of and respect what has you feel valued and what you value most.  3. No respect for your boundaries: if you set a boundary, they will walk over it overtly or they will covertly introduce issues so the boundary is compromised.  4. Limited or no understanding/acknowledgement of your feelings: your emotional world is not really included in the relationship. 5. Any issue in the relationship is your fault: they will even lie and rewrite history to ensure they can steadfastly lay any relationship problems at your feet. 6. I don’t know who needs to hear this tonight, but abusing women, manipulating them, and making them grovel and uncomfortable isn’t based. That’s a degenerates lifestyle.
